ACLU sues Trump administration over separation of families at the border

In just one of four sworn statements entered along with the lawsuit, Michelle Brane, an attorney and director of the Migrant Rights and Justice Program at the Women’s Refugee Commission, says “We have been able to identify separation of parents from children at the border in at least 429 cases collected from our own experience, legal service providers, attorneys, and social service agencies around the country.”
