A Family-Focused, Sibling-Synchronous Intervention in Borno State, Nigeria: Exploring the Impact on Family Functioning and Household Gender Roles

In the Journal of Family Violence, the Women’s Refugee Commission’s Julianne Deitch, Andrea Koris, and Cassondra Puls describe the findings of a qualitative evaluation that explored the perceived impact of the Sibling Support to Adolescent Girls in Emergencies (SSAGE) intervention on family functioning among participating families of adolescent girls, their adolescent brothers, and their male and female caregivers in two communities of internally displaced people in Borno State, Northeast Nigeria.
