Leave No One Behind: How to Include Crisis-Affected Populations in the Generation Equality Action Coalition on Economic Justice and Rights
PublishedAhead of the UN Generation Equality Paris Forum from June 29 to July 1, 2021, the International Rescue Committee (IRC) and the Women’s Refugee Commission (WRC) prepared a paper on how to include a humanitarian lens in the Action Coalition on Economic Justice and Rights, one of six action coalitions at the Forum. In particular, the paper calls for dedicated commitments that include displaced women and girls. The paper also looks at how to create better synergies between the action coalition and the forthcoming Women, Peace and Security and Humanitarian Action Compact.
