Child Marriage in Humanitarian Settings Infographic: Lebanon
PublishedThis infographic examines study findings on child marriage in Lebanon. The study was conducted from May to November 2018, examining Syrian refugees in South Lebanon, due to ongoing conflict in Syria.
The Women’s Refugee Commission, in partnership with the Johns Hopkins Center for Humanitarian Health, joined forces with a broad consortium of UN agencies, international NGOs, and academic institutions to examine the prevalence and drivers of child marriage in humanitarian contexts and inform prevention and risk mitigation programming.
