Child Marriage in Humanitarian Settings Infographic: Djibouti
PublishedThis infographic examines study findings on child marriage in Djibouti. The study was conducted from January to March 2019, examining Somali and Yemeni refugees and a Djibouti host community during ongoing conflicts in both Yemen and Somalia.
The Women’s Refugee Commission, in partnership with the Johns Hopkins Center for Humanitarian Health, joined forces with a broad consortium of UN agencies, international NGOs, and academic institutions to examine the prevalence and drivers of child marriage in humanitarian contexts and inform prevention and risk mitigation programming.
