130+ Immigrant Rights Organizations Condemn Cruel Expansion of Title 42 Expulsions to Venezuelans

The Women’s Refugee Commission joined more than 130 organizations condemning the Biden administration’s decision to use Title 42 to expel Venezuelans seeking refuge at the US-Mexico border. The groups urge the administration to decouple the new parole program for Venezuelans from Title 42 and to take all legal steps to restore access to a fair asylum process—regardless of the asylum seeker’s nationality, pre-existing ties in the US, or other factors.
