Working Together to Protect Children in Armed Conflict

Armed conflicts and wars are happening around the world, and children and youth are suffering. During the 1990s, more than two million children died as a direct result of armed conflict, and an estimated 20 million children were forced to flee their homes.

This document addresses what can be done to respect, protect, and fulfill the rights of children affected by armed conflict.
